Veterans

Veterans are sometimes referred to our facility for Compensation and Pension (C&P) Exams. We work with different VA contractors (Veterans Evaluations Services and Loyal Source) to complete your VA requested Exam.

If you received notice of your exam at one of our facilities and need to change your appointment, please call the VA contractor to cancel or reschedule. We are unable to make these changes for you.

For Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) please call 1-877-637-8387.

For Loyal Source please call 1-833 832-7077.

Please keep in mind that the C&P Exams are completed by our Audiologist but the results are sent directly to the VA. We are unable to give you any results or make any specific recommendations. All exam results and benefit decisions will come directly from the VA.

When coming to our location, look for the American Flag sign that says "Vet Exams Here". Parking is in the back, behind the building.
